Chairman
The Chairman represents the BVH and leads the board team. His responsibilities include in particular the strategic management of the federal association, resource allocation, risk management and oversight of the individual board departments.
Vice Chairman
The Vice Chairman is responsible for association development and the planning and management of internal processes.
Marketing & HR
The Board of Marketing & HR is primarily responsible for the public image of the BVH and the management of social media channels, as well as all aspects of personnel management from sourcing, selecting and hiring new staff.
Relations
The Board of Relations is responsible for maintaining and expanding the BVH's partner relationships and for acquiring new partners. He develops and manages strategies for cooperation with existing partners and identifies new potential partners.
Communications
The Board of Communications is responsible for external communication with the regional associations and their members. Through targeted relationship management, the connection with regional associations is strengthened and satisfaction increased.
Finance & Legal
The Board of Finance is responsible for cost optimisation with the aim of increasing revenue, counterbalanced by expenditure, which is monitored through proper bookkeeping and account management.
IT & Digitization
The Head of IT & Digitization is responsible for the entire IT infrastructure of the BVH.
Education
The Board of Education maintains, shapes and further develops the educational offerings of the BVH.
Operations
The area of responsibility of Operations includes the management, coordination and execution of the umbrella association's projects. The focus is on the organisation and operational leadership of strategy events and the annual BVH Conference.
